The Great AI Design Playbook

It was a pleasure to share a framework I designed around one of my favourite subjects: human–machine collaboration. The talk explored how design might evolve in the age of AI, through tangible demonstrations of AI-augmented research, predictive customer twins and adaptive mobile interfaces. The playbook offers a practical process for aligning machine learning with human-centred design principles, helping us create products that can learn and adapt to real people’s needs in real time.

At the international French Tech forum in Shanghai, I gave a talk exploring the differences between designing digital experiences in China and the West. This was followed by a panel with leaders from IKEA and Alibaba where we discussed cross-cultural user behaviours, UX localisation and building AI products in China’s internet sector.
